Always so polite and friendly with the customers, In our estimation, Northlake Seafood has the best Po Boy, Fried Catfish and boiled seafood. We have never gotten shrimp that was hard to peel. nor is the boiled seafood to salty. Actually it is just right. Oh and the coleslaw and hushpuppies are great, Always satisfied.
I can’t say enough about how much we enjoy lunch here. The oyster and shrimp po boys are amazing. 10.99 special for poboy and great gumbo. Love the boiled shrimp. Nothing wrong with the choice down the street but Northlake is just as good if not better at a fair price.
Holy smokes was this place Amazing! Everything was truly delicious. Folks at the counter were so friendly,and helpful. Definitely will eat here again on my next visit.
I was so thankful that during GOOD FRIDAY WHEN MY USUAL PLACE COULDN'T SERVE ME. . . Disappointed I looked on line and saw NORTHLAKE SEAFOOD WAS right down the road. I went in hopeful they could handle my on spot 40 pounds and they had it. No wait competitive pricing clean tasting crayfish. Thank you and will stop by to eat in one day Laura
Cute little eatery with food you can taste the love in with every bite. Daily specials are where it’s at price wise and the menu has soo many options. Glad we ran across this place and if we’re ever back in town, we’ll def stop back in!
10 out of 10! The seafood is so fresh and seasoned perfectly! Nice selection of cooked and fresh seafood. Decent beer selection at the bar. We recently got (live) crawfish from there. Great size, not alot of dead ones and clean.
It has been a very long while since I have had seafood of this caliber on the Northshore. I have bought raw fish and shrimp from here for years and always pleased with their availability for crawfish but unfortunately I've never actually eaten in the restaurant. The boiled crawfish were excellent and were fair considering the current market price. Got an appetizer because we misjudged how much food we actually ordered. Fried shrimp was awesome, every thing we tasted was amazing. Even the children's meal was made from scratch and not just some frozen chicken nuggets. We paid double what I expected to but I felt like every penny was worth it and next time I will order how much food we can actually eat in a sitting. Super important note, I did not catch our waitress ' name but she was absolutely running the show. It really made me feel like eating in a family place when I was younger and I don't see that very often any more.
